You will select where you will be completing your walk and at what time. All Walk participants are required to select a location and time on this Eventbrite reservation form prior to Sunday, May 2, 2021.

In addition to reserving a time and place on this site, all Walk participants MUST register at walk.wellnesshouse.org before May 2, 2021 in order to participate and receive a t-shirt.
